• All rooms – 13.975% lodging taxes
• All rooms – king beds, kitchenettes and private bathrooms with showers
• All rooms-private entrances
• Four rooms have river views, jet tubs and gas fireplaces (seasonal)

$275 per night plus local and lodging taxes 13.975% (does not include breakfast certificates)

Cancellations: 

More than 14 days – full refund minus $50 per room clerical fee and 3% of any credit card transactions and fees

Less than 14 days – full rental fees apply UNLESS the rooms get booked, then $50 per room clerical plus 3% of any credit card transactions.
